THE FOUNDER

For over 30 years, construction has been more than a career for Gerald Cleveland—it has been a lifelong commitment to hard work, honesty, and helping people rebuild during some of their most difficult moments. From roofing and restoration to disaster recovery, he has walked with families through floods, storms, and fires, always focused on doing what’s right and earning their trust.

Through decades of experience, Gerald saw a recurring problem: families were overwhelmed, contractors weren’t getting fair compensation, and insurance claims were often delayed simply because estimates didn’t reflect the real conditions on-site. Driven to create a better, more honest process, he founded Optivus Claim Solutions as a purpose-driven way to bring fairness, clarity, and integrity back to the industry.
